Our mission is to collaborate with local, regional, and international partners, uniting our efforts to establish sustainable projects and programs that uplift children and families enduring the harsh realities of poverty.
At HGH, our unwavering commitment is to extend the Kingdom of God’s compassion to those who need it most. We’re dedicated to serving the poor, the disadvantaged, the hopeless, and the disenfranchised in the countries we serve. Our guiding principle is to delve into the root causes of poverty, identifying tangible pathways for education, empowerment, and enlightenment. Through this approach, we strive to support projects and initiatives that holistically address these needs in ways that ensure lasting, self-sustaining impact.
We firmly believe that addressing physical needs is an integral step towards addressing the spiritual needs of individuals ensnared by poverty and social injustice.
Our journey began in 1998, when we embarked on a mission to poverty-stricken regions across the globe. Our presence has been marked by not only identifying needs but by actively confronting the underlying issues perpetuating poverty. Our diverse activities encompass a wide spectrum of areas, including nurturing orphaned children, fostering education, providing short-term sustenance, advancing agricultural and animal husbandry practices, delivering vital medical and dental services, improving housing and water sanitation, and nurturing Christian spiritual growth.

At the heart of our mission lies the commitment to nourish lives in the most fundamental way possible. In regions where children often endure days without a meal and where extreme malnutrition casts a shadow, we establish dedicated feeding centers. These centers are havens of hope, where each meal served becomes a beacon of sustenance, health, and resilience.
In communities where the touch of medical and dental care is a distant dream, we’re bringing health and smiles within reach. Our commitment to the well-being of children and families drives us to provide essential medical and dental services in areas where such care has been a rarity.
In the embrace of our orphan support initiatives, we’re weaving a tapestry of hope, education, and well-being for those who deserve it most. Our dedication to orphaned children and the environments they call home is unwavering, as we work to provide them with the essential pillars for a brighter future.
We take the responsibility of managing the resources that are entrusted to Hands Giving Hope very seriously.
We prayerfully and carefully look over and review all of our projects and costs, use donations and grants for their intended purposes, and look for ways to make the most with what God gives us financially to change the lives of every child, family and community we come in contact with.
As a faith-based organization, we acknowledge that we are accountable not only to our donors and partners, but to God. “For we are taking pains to do what is right, not only in the eyes of the Lord but also in the eyes of men.” – 2 Corinthians 8:21
To develop strong partnerships with local partners and work cooperatively and intentionally with these partners to identify problems and culturally-relevant solutions. Within the United States, WE HAVE WORKED WITH: THE BURN CENTER, TEEN CHALLENGE, CITY OF PHOENIX HOUSING, FELLOWSHIP OF CHRITIAN ATHLETES. Currently, we have STRONG partner RELATIONSHIPS on the Navajo Nation, Short Creek Dream Center (Colorado City, AZ), Phoenix Rescue Mission, and POTER Inc.
Internationally, we work very closely with partners in China, India, Mexico, Honduras, Kenya, and Dominican Republic.
There are many organizations that are making a difference in the lives of the impoverished throughout the world – we commend their work and strive to support their work by implementing different methods that are not competitive, but instead are complementary, to theirs.
